WE OPERATE from offices on the outskirts of Hull, East Yorkshire and employ legally trained claims advisers who understand the reality of insurance legislation, everything from litigation to mitigation.  Every client is allocated their own claims handler who they will deal with throughout the duration of the claim.  We promise to be accessible and available and never shirk our responsibilities, tackling any problem head on .

OUR CUSTOMERS are predominantly clients of INDEPENDENT INSURANCE BROKERS but we also work with clients referred by bodyshops, motor dealers, registered charities and private membership clubs.

OUR ROLE is to project manage each and every claim from first notification through to settlement representing our clients interests every step of the way and ensuring that the whole process is controlled and monitored by a team of legally trained, and experienced, claims advisers.

OUR SERVICES include organising repairs, providing replacement vehicles (often like for like), offering free legal representation for any resultant injury, the recovery of uninsured losses (typically policy excess and loss of earnings), negotiating with insurance companies, liaising with third parties, contacting witnesses and overall making sure we provide our clients with a service that is second to none.

AND FINALLY, we make  no charge to our clients for any of these services........just peace of mind and the time to get on with the more important things in life, confident in the knowledge that VEHICLE RESPONSE will take care of everything else.
