  • Recording full accident details
  • Notification to own insurer or third party insurer
  • Supplying a like-for-like replacement vehicle (non fault cases only) or a courtesy vehicle
  • Arranging the inspection and repair of your vehicle
  • Appointing a solicitor for any resultant personal injury claim (non fault cases only)
  • The recovery of uninsured losses (policy excess, loss of earnings etc)
  • Liaison with all associated insurers and intermediaries
  • Contact with all third parties
  • Collect written statements from witnesses
  • Research relevant case law dependent upon accident circumstances
  • Collation and presentation of the facts to the appropriate insurer
  • Full project management of the claim until final settlement
