We operate from offices on the outskirts of Hull, East Yorkshire where we proactively manage claims with the latest telecommunication and IT infrastructure and custom designed case management software.

Our Managing Director, Janet Jay, has several years experience in the industry at senior and director level and many years experience in customer focussed environments where she believes attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding customer service are the keys to success.  Our fully trained specialist claims advisers all have a legal background spanning over 25 years in total and are fully committed to achieving positive results for their clients.  We have an enviable record for achieving non fault outcomes in disputed liability cases and work conscientiously to represent our clients version of events clearly, firmly and with conviction

We manage our growth organically and recognise that each and every one of our referrer clients has a slightly different need and therefore take the time and trouble to ensure the appropriate systems and processes are designed and implemented for each new account.  We pride ourselves on our ability to retain clients in an ever increasing competitive market place and guarantee that we will always take the time and trouble to listen.  We understand that problems do happen and when we don’t get things right the first time we make sure we put things right in consultation with all concerned.  We never shy away from taking responsibility for our actions.
